Slit diffuser SD + D

Diffusers SD are used in supply and exhaust ventilation and in all types of air conditioning systems. Designed for installation in walls and suspended ceilings providing an excellent aesthetic appearance. Can be used for air supply and exhaust.
Design and materials
SD + D – Slit diffuser with damper (air flow regulator), which consists of two flat galvanized steel plates placed inside the slots. The flow cross section can overlap relative to each other due to the mobility of one of the plates.
Several elements can be connected so that they can be assembled in continuous lines of almost any length and shape (joint plates are supplied).
During the production of diffusers, a protective decorative coating is used – powder painting. The standard color of painting is white(RAL-9016), but at the customer request it is possible to paint the case and louvers in another colors according to the RAL catalogue.
Modifications
Diffusers of this series include products of both standard sizes and the ability to manufacture any length L with a step of 5 mm in the range from 300 to 2000 mm.
The H dimension is fixed.
SD-+D1 - h = 50 mm – diffuser with 1 slot has a connection height of 50mm, each subsequent slot plus 40mm.
Example of order and mounting
SD+D-1-2 (RAL-9016/9005/demp 9005) L=500 – with 1 slot, 2 – with 2 side flanges (closed edges). They are used for elements up to 2 meters long. Frame colour – white, louvers – black, damper – black.
SD+D -2-1 (RAL-9016/9016/demp 9005) L=1000 – with 2 slots, 1 – one side is plugged, the other is open (the set includes joint plates for connecting slit diffusers to each other). They are used for elements over 2 meters long. Frame colour – white, louvers – white, damper – black.
SD-3-0 (RAL-9016/9005) L = 1500 – with 3 slots, 0 – without side flanges (used as a middle element when installing several slot diffusers in one line). They are used for elements over 4 meters long. Frame colour – white, louvers – black, damper – black.
